Our intensive one-year PGCE Secondary Geography program prepares you to teach students aged 11-16, with additional training for Sixth Form instruction. You'll gain comprehensive skills and knowledge, including the option to specialize in post-16 education if desired.
After successfully completing the PGCE, you'll earn Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and 90 Master's credits, qualifying you to teach students up to age 18.
This Master's-level program combines at least 120 days of school placement with university training, creating a strong professional foundation.
