In this program, you'll pursue an identical curriculum to our MSci Biochemistry students, with the unique opportunity to spend your third year studying internationally at a partner institution across Europe, Asia, Oceania (including Australia), or the Americas (encompassing the USA and Canada). This experience will allow you to immerse yourself in diverse teaching methods, research approaches, and cultural perspectives while building professional networks. Our biochemistry programs are collaboratively delivered by the Schools of Biological Sciences and Chemistry, ensuring you receive instruction from specialized faculty in every aspect of your studies. Both Schools maintain research environments acknowledged for their global excellence, with faculty producing work of international significance.

AAB including Chemistry. A-Level General Studies and Critical Thinking are not accepted. Where applicable Science A Levels awarded by an English Exam board require a pass in the practical element. If you are taking an EPQ and three A-levels, we may offer you a one grade reduction on our advertised typical offer alongside an A in the EPQ.
T Levels
Obtain an overall Pass including an A in the core of the T Level and a Distinction in the Occupational Specialism. Acceptable subjects are: Health, Healthcare Science and Science.
BTEC
DDD in Applied Science or Applied Science (Medical Science). Specific modules required or A Level Chemistry grade B. Excludes Public Services, Uniformed Services and Business Administration. See below for accepted subjects and combinations.
