This Master's program has been offered by the School since 1990. It emerged from the demand for professionals possessing advanced social science knowledge in gender analysis to shape development policies, implement practical initiatives, and conduct development education and research. Over the years, this need has been clearly demonstrated - our alumni have pursued careers with multilateral and bilateral organizations, international and local NGOs, and in academic roles.
You'll explore both theoretical frameworks and practical applications of gender in development. This comprehensive approach equips you with the expertise required for advisory or leadership positions in organizations focused on incorporating gender perspectives into their programs and policies.
