This therapeutic discipline integrates fundamental knowledge from linguistics, phonetics, psychology, and human anatomy/physiology. Our curriculum encompasses all aspects of SLT research, clinical intervention, and professional practice.
Starting from year one of this three-year program, you'll explore how these core disciplines apply to various populations, including children with developmental speech/language conditions, individuals with cognitive impairments, and adults experiencing acquired communication or swallowing disorders. These patient populations serve as the foundation for your coursework modules.
