Schools place significant importance on research, especially interdisciplinary applied research that informs and shapes policies and practices. Scotland's unique position enables us to advance social inclusion, improve educational outcomes, and enrich quality of life throughout all stages of development, particularly as integrated approaches and coordinated services become increasingly vital. Our research teams collaborate extensively within the University (including partnerships with Nursing, Medicine, Computing, and Psychology departments), with national and international academic institutions, and with key organizations (such as government agencies at all levels, NGOs, charities, professional groups, corporate sponsors, and other entities). Connections to the University of Dundee Graduate School, the joint Social Dimensions of Health Institute, as well as Research Councils and funding organizations, are equally crucial.
You should have an honours degree at 2.1 or above, and/or a Masters degree in a relevant discipline. IELTS (overall): 7.0
