Microbiology examines the biological characteristics of microorganisms, whether they consist of single cells, multiple cells, or lack cells entirely. This field encompasses bacteria, fungi, and other microscopic life forms, exploring their growth patterns, regulatory mechanisms, and interactions with each other and their surroundings.
Additionally, we investigate how microorganisms collaborate to enhance their survival and how we can influence their activities to benefit human health.
The program begins with a comprehensive foundation in life sciences during the first two levels before specializing in core microbiology principles at Levels 3 and 4.
