Instruction comes from seasoned civil engineering professionals, and you'll learn in our exceptional Markeaton Street facilities. Our STEM center features specialized equipment for your studies, including a 10-meter flume, advanced ground-penetrating radar, and a drone equipped with surveying and thermal imaging technology.
Upon graduation, diverse civil engineering career paths await in design, maintenance, infrastructure management, and construction sectors. Potential employers range from private contracting/consulting firms to municipal authorities, utility providers, transportation agencies like Network Rail or Highways England.
