Rooted in User-Centered Design and Human-Computer Interaction principles, our BSc (Hons) Games Development program at UCA Farnham focuses on prioritizing user experience throughout every phase of game creation.
While studying game design and development, you'll utilize cutting-edge equipment and software - including Alienware Aurora workstations, dual 4K monitors, RTX 2080 GPUs, SSD storage, along with Unity and Unreal engines for prototyping. You'll also have the chance to evaluate your games on newest development kits, such as Nintendo Switch platforms.
This program complements our renowned BA (Hons) Games Arts degree, offering numerous collaborative opportunities with those students to develop game prototypes. Additionally, you'll participate in Game Jams alongside fellow games degree students, replicating professional workflows for concept refinement and team growth.
