This MSci program extends beyond the Mathematics and Physics BSc with an extra year, allowing students to deepen their expertise through advanced coursework and a significant research project. During the initial two years, you'll explore an equal mix of modules from both UCL Mathematics and UCL Physics & Astronomy. The third year focuses on specialized modules, while the fourth year centers on a major project involving extensive written work and a presentation. While practical work isn't mandatory for this program, students may opt to include it if they wish.
