The UCL Division of Psychiatry stands as a globally renowned interdisciplinary hub for mental health studies. Our PhD program connects you with diverse supervisors who will equip you with essential skills for mental health research careers - spanning laboratory work, neuroscience, psychology, and clinical applications. Within our division, you'll find an exceptional network of international psychiatry specialists covering epidemiology, biological studies, genetics, social sciences, and healthcare systems research alongside clinical trials. Strong partnerships with UCL's Queen Square Institute of Neurology and Division of Infection & Immunity offer extensive academic support and a stimulating learning atmosphere. The courses will develop your academic English and academic skills required to succeed at postgraduate level. Test of English as Foreign Language (TOEFL) - Overall score of 96 with 24/30 in reading and writing and 22/30 in speaking and listening.
