This distinctive Master's in Public Administration program is designed for individuals seeking an in-depth analysis of how technology and innovation influence local and international development. Rooted in systems thinking, the MPA equips students with methodologies to examine how public policy can effectively direct technological advancements toward solving enduring and emerging social issues. Whether addressing climate resilience, boosting farm output, or expanding access to essentials like water, power, healthcare, and education for underserved populations, nations globally must leverage scientific progress to revitalize their economies and enhance quality of life. Yet many countries, especially in the developing world, struggle with disjointed and ineffective innovation frameworks that fail to meet urgent domestic needs.

Through hands-on learning, our Development, Technology and Innovation Policy MPA prepares graduates with the analytical frameworks, conceptual tools, and practical expertise to innovatively address development challenges, fostering robust, sustainable, equitable, and prosperous economies throughout emerging regions.
