The fields of physics and mathematics are deeply interconnected. Grasping fundamental physics concepts, like elementary particle theory, requires substantial knowledge in both pure and applied mathematics. This Bachelor of Science program equally emphasizes mathematics and physics, with each discipline complementing the other. Available as either a three-year BSc or a four-year MSci, the curriculum shares identical coursework for the initial two years. Prospective students are encouraged to initially apply for the MSci program, as transferring to the BSc remains an option within the first three years.
