Focusing on object-based education, cross-disciplinary exploration, and deep analytical thinking, our History of Art BA program invites you to view the world through a new lens. This course enhances your expertise in visual arts and cultural artifacts, spanning diverse imagery while utilizing London's rich resources of public galleries, libraries, museums, and architectural landmarks. Our curriculum spans from medieval to modern eras, expanding across global regions with specialized focus on European art, the Americas, Africa, and South Asia. Alongside providing a comprehensive introduction to art history, the program enables students to pursue specialized interests within and beyond the field, incorporating perspectives from anthropology, archaeology, history, and philosophy.

You might also explore the innovative History of Art, Materials and Technology (MAT) pathway, designed to deepen your understanding of artworks as tangible objects.
