Our Dutch and Yiddish studies program provides extensive opportunities to cultivate comprehensive, cross-cultural perspectives in the humanities. Students can select from diverse course offerings spanning literature, linguistic studies, historical contexts, social sciences, philosophical thought, artistic expressions, cinema, and other cultural dimensions tied to the languages being studied. During the first, second, and final academic years, participants will engage with coursework focused on their selected languages, along with associated literary traditions, cultural studies, historical frameworks, and linguistic analyses.
