Our Dutch and Ukrainian program provides extensive opportunities to cultivate comprehensive, comparative, and cross-cultural perspectives in the humanities. Students can select from diverse course offerings spanning literature, linguistic studies, history, sociology, philosophy, visual arts, cinema, and other cultural aspects tied to their language studies. During the first, second, and final years, participants will engage in language courses for their selected tongues alongside related cultural studies. The curriculum also incorporates interdisciplinary modules from SELCS and SSEES, covering literary works, cinematography, language science, and historical studies.
The third academic year involves international study, divided between two nations where the target languages are spoken. All learners attain equivalent language proficiency, whether beginning a new language or building upon prior knowledge.
