Our combined Dutch and Spanish program provides exceptional opportunities to cultivate comprehensive, cross-cultural perspectives in the humanities. Students can select from diverse course offerings spanning literature, linguistic studies, history, sociology, philosophy, visual arts, cinema, and other cultural aspects related to their chosen languages. During the first, second, and final years, learners will enroll in Dutch and Spanish language courses alongside cultural studies modules that explore various themes through literary works, films, historical contexts, and language analysis.
The third year involves international study, divided between Dutch-speaking and Spanish-speaking nations. All participants attain equivalent language proficiency levels, regardless of whether they begin as complete beginners or with prior language experience.
