Our combined Danish and Ukrainian degree program provides exceptional opportunities to cultivate comprehensive, comparative, and cross-cultural perspectives in humanities studies. Students can select from an extensive array of modules covering literature, linguistic heritage, historical studies, social sciences, philosophical thought, visual arts, cinema, and various cultural aspects tied to their chosen language(s). During the first, second, and final years, learners will undertake language courses in their selected tongues alongside related cultural studies. The curriculum also incorporates interdisciplinary modules from SELCS and SSEES, examining literature, film studies, language science, and historical contexts through multiple lenses.
The third year involves international study, divided between two nations where the target languages are spoken. All students attain equivalent language proficiency levels, whether beginning as complete beginners or with prior language experience.
