Course Overview
Thrive in the digital era by mastering cutting-edge technologies, driving innovation, and crafting impactful digital campaigns. From the outset, you'll acquire essential competencies to excel as a digital marketing professional. Your initial year focuses on practical applications of core digital marketing principles. The second year deepens your expertise with specialized digital techniques, including social media strategies, mobile platforms, and emerging tech. In your final year, you'll examine digital marketing's evolving landscape, develop a professional portfolio through a self-directed project, and delve into specialized areas like digital branding and content strategy.
Learning Approach
This program spans three intensive ten-week terms per year, with each term comprising 40 credits across one or two modules. Weekly contact hours range from 6-10 hours, varying by study level and material complexity. Instruction blends in-person lectures with hands-on workshops. Plan for approximately 20 weekly hours of independent study, including virtual learning activities, faculty consultations, library research, peer collaboration, and assessment preparation.
Our teaching team combines academic expertise with industry experience, enhanced by guest speakers and relevant field visits. Assessment methods mirror real-world professional challenges, incorporating diverse formats such as analytical reports, creative portfolios, persuasive presentations (including pitches and debates), peer evaluations, reflective analyses, and assessment reports. Some modules feature practical evaluations and knowledge tests. We regularly refine our assessment approaches to ensure optimal preparation for career success.
