The School for Policy Studies bridges academic theory, policymaking, and real-world application through its interdisciplinary, research-focused approach. Our work actively shapes policy debates at both national and global levels, drawing on expertise from diverse fields including social policy analysis, social work practice, sociological research, poverty studies, gender-based violence research, disability scholarship, childhood development studies, healthcare systems, urban planning, economic analysis, psychological research, exercise science, nutritional studies, and health sciences - all organized within seven dedicated research centers.

Our investigations focus on policy domains that impact daily living, critically evaluate government and institutional policies, and explore the root causes and public perceptions behind pressing social issues that dominate contemporary discourse.

As a vibrant hub for postgraduate education, we attract students globally to collaborate with our esteemed, diverse research community. We especially encourage research proposals addressing current policy challenges of national and international significance.
