This four-year combined economics and management program enables you to master both fields at an advanced level. You'll have the exceptional chance to spend a year studying overseas at one of our affiliated institutions. The curriculum mirrors the three-year BSc Economics and Management program until the third year, when you'll study economics and management courses abroad before returning to Bristol for your final year.
Your initial year and the first half of your second year consist of compulsory courses that establish a strong foundation in both management and economics. This foundational knowledge prepares you to specialize in areas of particular interest later in your studies.
The latter half of your second year and your entire final year offer elective options. Your final year must include at least one-third economics courses and one-third management courses, with the flexibility to focus on your preferred discipline or choose accounting/finance electives (with certain requirements). You may also opt to complete a management research project.
