Our adaptable program allows students to focus on one, two, or three modern European languages. Those selecting one or two languages may additionally explore Arabic, Catalan, Czech, Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin as supplementary non-degree options.
The initial year introduces students to the cultural and historical contexts of their chosen language(s). Advanced years offer diverse course selections spanning literature, linguistics, cinema and visual arts, history, political science, and gender studies.
Students complete their third year overseas, with opportunities to divide this period between multiple countries based on their language combinations.
