Our adaptable degree program allows you to focus on one, two, or three contemporary European languages. For those studying one or two languages, there's an opportunity to explore Arabic, Catalan, Czech, Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin as supplementary non-degree options.
The first year introduces you to the cultural and historical contexts of your chosen language(s). In later years, you can select from diverse course offerings spanning literature, linguistics, cinema and visual arts, history, political science, and gender studies.
Your third year will be spent overseas, with the flexibility to divide your time between different countries based on your language combinations.
