This Master's program examines how modern political dynamics, conflicts, and discussions surrounding human rights and security are shaped by globalization.

You'll explore subjects such as human rights and humanitarian action, the global economy and shifting international power structures, worldwide governance frameworks, and the UN system.

The curriculum also addresses the expansion of international networks and social movements, global security challenges, conflict resolution and peace initiatives, international relations and legal systems, worldwide poverty and development issues, and the political dimensions of sustainability and environmental degradation.

Qualification Requirements

Normally a 2:1 undergraduate degree in a relevant subject. Candidates with a 2:2 or lower or who do not have a degree will still be considered for admission if they can demonstrate suitable professional experience or substantial experience of the subject area. IELTS 6.5 overall with a minimum of 5.5 in each element. TOEFL iBT 85 overall, 18 in writing, 10 in reading, 10 in listening and 17 in speaking.
