Our MSc in International Security and Global Governance examines pressing modern discussions surrounding violence, conflict, security, and governance through a worldwide lens.
With the boundaries between civil wars, terrorism, warlord conflicts, and traditional warfare becoming increasingly unclear, the resulting interventions - whether humanitarian, regional, international, or imperial - have sparked significant scholarly discussion and political dispute. At the same time, geopolitical tensions between major powers and the persistent danger of interstate violence continue to influence global security. Our interdisciplinary methodology combines political, theoretical, historical, sociological, and public policy perspectives to deliver thorough, impartial examinations of current political issues.
