Gain the expertise required for a career as a clinical technologist, where you'll apply your knowledge to help diagnose, treat, and rehabilitate patients. Your training will cover
creating and producing medical devices
tissue regeneration and wound healing for developing synthetic organs
operating, servicing, and maintaining medical equipment
performing physiological assessments including ECG, EMG, BMI, lung function tests, and skin evaluations
You'll focus on three key specialties - kidney treatment technology (dialysis), assistive device engineering (prosthetics and orthotics), and medical equipment engineering.

International Baccalaureate requirements

112 UCAS tariff points to include 1 HL in Maths or a Science subject. Plus HL 3 or SL 4 in Maths and English Language and Literature A or English B.

GCSE English and Mathematics at grade C or 4 (equivalents accepted).

Minimum IELTS at 6.0 or the equivalent.

TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language)
This is administered by ETS (Educational Testing Service) in the USA. You will need to achieve an overall score of at least 80*, and sub-tests not less than 18 in Reading, 17 in Writing, 17 in Listening and 20 in Speaking if you require a Student Visa.
