Our transformative Engineering Foundation Year serves as an integrated preparatory program, offering a pathway to our top-tier engineering undergraduate degrees. This course is designed for students who don't yet meet the requirements for direct first-year admission.
Successful completion of the Engineering Foundation Year can pave the way for Bachelor's degrees in various disciplines including aerospace, civil, electronic and electrical engineering, materials science, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, robotics, and railway engineering.
Upon meeting the progression requirements, you'll seamlessly transition into your selected first-year engineering program.
This multidisciplinary foundation year delivers a comprehensive curriculum, establishing fundamental knowledge in science, engineering, and mathematics. Given mathematics' critical role in Engineering and Physical Sciences, we prioritize it throughout the Foundation Year. The competencies you develop will ensure you're equally prepared alongside students with A-level Mathematics when beginning your first year.
