Explore your fascination with archaeology and delve deeper into the material remnants of ancient civilizations through our Antiquity MA: Archaeology program.

This degree is ideal if you relished studying the classical world during your undergraduate years and now wish to examine its archaeology more thoroughly at an advanced level, or if you aim to enhance your current archaeological knowledge.

Collaborating with specialists actively involved in excavations across all eras and regions of antiquity, you'll gain instruction in both theoretical and practical archaeology, along with scientific and environmental methodologies.

You'll also get hands-on experience with our collection of Greek and Roman artifacts in the Archaeology Museum. The Archaeology track offers a strong basis for pursuing further research in any ancient period, including: Minoan and Mycenaean palace cultures, classical and archaic Greece, the Hellenistic era, Republican and Imperial Rome, Late Antiquity, or Byzantium.
