IB Diploma: 34-32 points and admissions essay.

Required subjects and grades: You do not require specific A-level subjects or IB higher level subjects to be accepted onto the course itself, but you may need specific subjects to study certain Majors after you enrol. For further details, please visit the Majors page. In some cases, a Major can be pursued without specific subjects provided you perform well in particular first year modules.

Extended Project Qualification: If you get an A or A* in your EPQ, we may make a reduced offer of AAA. In line with the University of Birmingham's policy, we can only make this reduced offer to applicants who put LANS as a Firm choice and who are not applying for deferred entry.

Irish leavers qualifications: H1 H2 H2 H2 H2, or H2 H2 H2 H2 H2 H2

TOEFL 88 overall with no less than 21 in Reading, 20 in Listening, 22 in Speaking and 21 in Writing. IELTS 6.5 overall with no less than 6.0 in any band.
