During the program, you'll acquire various coaching techniques that prepare you to design and conduct training sessions tailored to team or player skill levels. You'll also develop the ability to assess player, team, or match performance while gaining multiple approaches for their improvement. Your knowledge can be applied through football-based exercises and practical simulations.
The curriculum provides a comprehensive introduction to sports and the football sector in year one, then specializes in coaching topics including performance evaluation (both individual and team), working with diverse groups, advanced coaching methods, talent identification and growth, and football psychology.
