The BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science program is taught by internationally renowned specialists using cutting-edge facilities in our prestigious Tom Reilly Building.
Sports science professionals collaborate with athletes, coaches, and sports organizations to enhance elite performance or encourage healthy living in communities. This multidisciplinary program combines behavioral, physical, and life sciences to equip students for fulfilling careers in sports and exercise fields - ranging from scientific support and rehabilitation to fitness training and health education.
The initial two years focus on core theories and fundamentals of sport and exercise science, delivering the comprehensive foundation advocated by the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (BASES). The final year offers specialized study areas and a student-directed research project.
