The MA Global Collaborative Design Practice expands design beyond traditional creative fields into strategic, interdisciplinary approaches that address societal issues. This program prepares designers to confront pressing global challenges including climate change and social/racial inequities. Students examine these multifaceted problems through both local and worldwide lenses while exploring intersectional perspectives.
This two-year program unites two student groups: one at Camberwell College of Arts (UAL) in London and another at Kyoto Institute of Technology (KIT) in Japan. Participants will spend portions of their studies physically present at each partner institution.
UAL and KIT combine their respective expertise in arts and STEM fields, offering students diverse approaches to collaboration, interaction, and creative production.
Duration: 2 years (full-time)
