The BA (Hons) Fashion Design and Development program equips students with creative, strategic, and hands-on skills for careers as fashion product designers or developers. This forward-thinking curriculum combines essential research techniques with design and production expertise. Learners gain insight into sustainability challenges in fashion design and are encouraged to actively address them.
The program fosters students' artistic growth while enhancing their capacity to produce fashion items using systematic thinking, market evaluation, and ethical design principles.

The standard minimum entry requirements for this course are
One or a combination of the following accepted full level 3 qualifications
112 UCAS tariff points from two or more A Levels preferred subjects include English Maths Art Design Textiles and Science
Distinction Foundation Diploma in Art and Design
Distinction Merit Merit at BTEC Extended Diploma in Art Design
Merit at UAL Extended Diploma
Access Diploma or 112 new UCAS tariff points from the Access to HE Diploma
112 new UCAS tariff points from a combination of the above qualifications or an equivalent full Level 3 qualification
or equivalent EU or nonEU qualifications such as International Baccalaureate Diploma at 25 points minimum
and three GCSE passes at grade AC or grade 94
Entry to this course will also be determined by assessment of your portfolio
IELTS level 6.0 with a minimum of 5.5 in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
TOEFL IBT - valid for 2 years - Score Required - 80 - Listening - 17, Reading - 18, Writing - 17, Speaking - 20.
