Boost your bachelor's degree by adding a year-long placement in industry, business, or research. During your initial two years, you'll explore diverse medical science topics and research methodologies. You'll also sharpen your analytical thinking and build teamwork and communication skills through collaborative projects and presentations.
In years three and five, you'll delve deeper into molecular biology - a field that has transformed biological sciences in recent decades, from sequencing the human genome to investigating genetic diseases and improving agricultural yields.
Your fourth year will be dedicated to an industrial placement, allowing you to graduate after five years with an MSci (Master of Science) rather than a BSc.
