The Master of Science in Policy Evaluation equips students with essential competencies for participating in evidence-driven policy development and Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) initiatives within public sector entities, nonprofit organizations, and private service providers.

There's growing institutional demand for policymaking grounded in empirical evidence, yet professionals trained in policy assessment and M&E methodologies remain scarce. This creates significant opportunities for graduates specializing in social research methods for M&E, capable of analyzing policies and social programs in domains like healthcare, justice systems, global development, and socioeconomic disparities.

This MSc program addresses this need by preparing graduates to conduct rigorous policy analysis and program M&E for governmental and nonprofit organizations operating both locally and internationally.

Students will develop expertise in quantitative research methods, data analysis, and study design, complemented by theoretical knowledge of policy formulation and program execution necessary for implementing M&E frameworks across diverse settings.
