The MSc International Business with Data Analytics with Advanced Practice program equips you with expertise in both macro and micro aspects of international business, placing special emphasis on e-commerce and data analytics. The Advanced Practice component provides the chance to pursue a Master's degree while incorporating either an internship or hands-on consulting project, offering valuable real-world work experience. You'll strengthen your capacity to understand, expand, and synthesize international business concepts while honing practical skills to implement these theories in global business scenarios, with particular attention to how digital elements and data considerations influence corporate operations. For your final project, you can choose between a Dissertation or Research Project to explore a data analytics topic pertinent to international commerce. The Dissertation option allows you to design and execute a comprehensive research initiative within the international business field, whereas the Applied Research Project option lets you utilize both the theoretical knowledge from the MSc program and the practical insights gained during the Advanced Practice phase to address current managerial challenges.
This program's mandatory Advanced Practice segment occurs after completing the taught Master's modules, giving you the opportunity to engage in a 15-week internship or consulting project with an actual organization. You'll tackle genuine business challenges, gain workplace exposure, and/or acquire practical understanding of real-world issues encountered by international business professionals. This experience allows you to apply your academic knowledge, thereby boosting your career prospects while deepening your workplace understanding to better support your Dissertation or Applied Research Project development.
