The MSc International Business with Advanced Practice program equips students with comprehensive expertise in both macro and micro aspects of international business, supplemented by either an internship or hands-on consulting project. This curriculum helps learners construct, refine, and synthesize international business theories while cultivating practical application skills. The Advanced Practice component provides invaluable real-world work experience. Students can opt for either a Master's Dissertation, allowing them to design and execute a significant research initiative in international business, or an Applied Research Project, where they implement program theories and practical insights from the Advanced Practice phase to address current management challenges.
This program's mandatory Advanced Practice phase occurs after completing the taught Master's modules. Participants engage in either a 15-week internship or consulting project, collaborating with actual organizations to solve genuine business challenges. This experience offers workplace exposure and practical insights into real-world international business dilemmas. By applying academic knowledge in professional settings, students boost their career prospects while deepening their understanding of business environments - knowledge that directly supports their Dissertation or Applied Research Project work.
