All devices powered by electricity are created through the expertise of electronic engineers. These professionals collaborate with product designers, manufacturers, and consumer specialists to bring innovative product concepts to life - with electronic engineers ensuring these designs function as intended.

Graduates in electronic engineering enjoy excellent career prospects, with opportunities spanning industries like electronics, automotive, IT, telecommunications, manufacturing, energy, and construction.

This MEng Hons program was developed in partnership with industry leaders to equip students for diverse roles in industrial electronics.

Building upon the foundation established during the initial four-year period (three academic years plus one industrial placement), this program's fifth year offers specialized module options. These allow students to deepen their expertise in either a personal interest area or a field offering enhanced career potential.
