The DrPP empowers you to autonomously expand the expertise that shapes your practice-oriented specialization. This focus is demonstrated through an advanced, self-directed project tailored to your specific professional domain.
The DrPP curriculum comprises three level 8 taught modules (120 credits) and an independent research component (300 credits) evaluated through an oral defense. Flexible study options include full-time or part-time enrollment, with delivery methods incorporating in-person attendance, distance learning, or a hybrid approach. The program structure varies depending on your chosen study intensity.
Full-time pathway
Your first year focuses on Developing Contemporary Research Methods and Negotiated Project Learning, while receiving academic writing preparation for your ongoing Professional Practice Doctoral Research Project. Year 2 concentrates on Dissemination Strategies development.
