You develop a comprehensive knowledge of how the body's primary systems function, along with insights into human health and illnesses. The program examines the origins, diagnosis, and management of diseases through an interdisciplinary, evidence-driven approach, preparing you for diverse roles in healthcare and life sciences.
The curriculum focuses on three key subject areas: human anatomy and physiology, human biology and disease processes, and healthcare systems and technologies. You'll examine human development across the lifespan, adaptation to external pressures, and how lifestyle choices influence wellbeing. Through research, you'll discover potential clinical interventions to mitigate disease risk factors.
