This four-year program begins with a foundation year that provides essential concepts and knowledge to prepare you for the BSc in Social Policy. After successfully finishing the Foundation Year, you'll advance to Year 1 of the BSc degree.
The foundation year (level 3) is taught by The College, Swansea University (TCSU), while Years 2-4 (levels 4-6) are delivered by the School of Social Sciences. You'll investigate how societies enhance member well-being, studying principles like social justice, equality, fairness, and citizenship, along with policy areas including health, education, housing, disability, crime, poverty, and family dynamics.
