Acquire crucial knowledge about practical commercial law while gaining hands-on skills applicable across business, management, compliance, legal, technology, HR, and various other professional fields.
Participants will establish a firm grasp of commercial law principles, expanding upon prior legal or undergraduate education to boost career prospects in business, management, or commercial sectors – without undertaking the extended time and financial commitment needed for full legal qualification and court specialization.

Upon completing this LLM, graduates will be ideally positioned to address legal challenges encountered by businesses and organizations – delivering specialized understanding and practical application methods within commercial environments.

For global students, English commercial law and international commercial regulations serve as foundational elements for contracts and conflict resolution worldwide. This LLM program offers substantial benefits to international scholars seeking UK education before returning to practice in their home countries.

Following initial core commercial law studies, you'll cultivate specialized knowledge; examining organizational risk management and compliance strategies while learning to mitigate both internal and external threats. The curriculum also covers alternative dispute resolution methods beyond litigation, from mediation to arbitration, with opportunities to refine negotiation and advocacy abilities through our law school's competitive mooting and debate programs.
