The SOAS Master's in International Law offers a distinctive selection of courses that critically examine both the theoretical foundations and practical applications of international law. The program delves into pressing modern issues, with special focus on the global south, including: asylum law and migration challenges, environmental law and resource management, women's rights and gender issues in conflict zones, global criminal justice, warfare regulations, corporate accountability and human rights, eco-friendly development, as well as peace processes and post-conflict justice.
