This program blends Classics (75% of your studies) with Philosophy (25%), allowing you to master ancient Greek and Latin while exploring both classical and contemporary philosophical thought. Philosophy's deep roots in antiquity make it a natural complement to classical studies.
Ideal for those proficient in either Latin or Greek, Classics enables you to acquire a second ancient language while deepening your understanding of classical civilizations through original texts, artifacts, ideas, and historical events.
Your studies will focus on Latin and Greek languages and literature, engaging directly with primary sources. You'll also examine ancient Greek and Roman culture through philosophy, history, archaeology, and translated literary works.
