English provides academic tracks in Literary Studies, Creative Writing, and Language and Linguistics. We encourage submissions spanning all periods from Medieval to Modern. Our distinguished faculty includes acclaimed authors and scholars specializing in diverse fields such as Poetry, Irish Literature, American Literature, Shakespearean and Renaissance Studies, Literature and Place, Cultural Geography and Identity (examining local to global perspectives across historical periods), Literature of Crime and Conflict, and Science, Medicine, and Culture.
