Anthropology offers a deep dive into human nature, examining cultural diversity across societies worldwide while investigating the roots of conflict and pathways to resolution.

This program provides immersive instruction in Irish language and traditions. Language courses focus on essential elements of written and spoken Irish, including syntax, phonetics, and meaning. Elective modules broaden perspectives on Irish culture, identity, and society through topics like cinema, translation studies, linguistic rights, contemporary poetry, Irish language structure, and short fiction. The evolution of Gaelic heritage is examined alongside Ireland's broader cultural legacy via mythology, folklore, and connections to Scottish Gaelic. Every summer, students participate in an intensive Gaeltacht residency. Senior students may pursue professional internships in Irish-language environments.

Combining coursework, optional practical experiences, and hands-on anthropological research, students develop crucial abilities in analysis, intercultural communication, investigation, interviewing techniques, composition, and public speaking.
