The Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry ranked among the top seven UK institutions across all Units of Assessment – including Clinical Medicine, Public Health, Health Services and Primary Care, as well as Allied Health Professions, Dentistry, Nursing and Pharmacy – in the 2014 REF. Currently, approximately 140 PhD students from 23 nations pursue their studies at the Blizard Institute. Located on the Whitechapel campus, the Institute works closely with The Royal London Hospital and the Dental Hospital. Qualification Requirements

Typically, the minimum entry requirement is an UK upper second class honours degree (2:1). Some Schools/Institutes require a first class honours degree and/or a masters degree. Academic IELTS: 6.5 overall, with a minimum of 6.0 in writing and a minimum of 5.5 in reading, speaking and listening. TOEFL minimum score 92 overall with 21 in Writing, 19 in Reading, 18 in Listening and 21 in Speaking.
