The one-year BSc (top-up) program in Animal Therapy and Rehabilitation is designed for individuals looking to advance their Level 5 qualification in animal therapy studies, like the FdSc in Animal Therapy and Rehabilitation, to a BSc (Hons) degree. This program helps you deepen and broaden your scientific understanding of animal therapy and rehabilitation while applying this knowledge practically within the industry. While primarily focused on canines, the curriculum also covers various small and large animal species. Students can enhance their academic abilities by critically examining and assessing current research. Additionally, participants may earn an accredited Level 3 Certificate in Small Animal Hydrotherapy.
Upon completion, graduates can pursue careers in animal therapy fields or further their education through Level 7 programs, such as Master's degrees.
