The one-year Bachelor of Science (top-up) program in Animal Behavior and Welfare is designed for individuals looking to
advance their Level 5 qualification in animal-related fields, such as the Foundation Degree in Animal Behavior and
Welfare, to a full BSc (Hons) degree. This program helps you deepen and broaden your
scientific understanding of animal behavior and welfare while applying this knowledge practically
in animal-related sectors. You'll also enhance your academic abilities by critically analyzing and assessing
current research.
Graduates can pursue entry-level positions in animal-related industries or further their
education by advancing to Level 7 programs, such as master's degrees. Alumni
have gone on to careers in behavior training, zoos, animal
rescue centers, and veterinary clinics.
