The MSc Human Resource Management (HRM) program is perfect for students from all academic backgrounds aspiring to establish a rewarding career in HR. This program is tailored to help those entering the field obtain a Master's degree in HRM through a curriculum endorsed by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the leading professional body for HR practitioners.

Throughout your studies, you'll examine diverse HRM methods, tools, and frameworks. The curriculum offers comprehensive training in HRM principles and their application in modern workplaces.

You'll develop globally applicable competencies that open doors to careers in consulting, talent acquisition, employee development, and other HR functions supporting international business operations. The focus lies on utilizing knowledge, abilities, and analytical approaches to evaluate HRM systems and corporate strategies.

Through the Consultancy Experience Project (or an Applied Dissertation in the two-year option), you'll implement your acquired expertise to deliver practical, budget-conscious solutions to organizational leaders addressing real HR challenges.

Graduates achieve CIPD Associate Membership status, forming the foundation to later pursue Chartered Membership and ultimately qualify for Chartered Fellowship consideration. Nottingham Business School covers your CIPD student membership fees throughout the program duration.
