This program is designed for those pursuing a career in Human Resource Management (HRM) or Human Resource Development (HRD). It blends academic concepts with practical application, equipping you with a thorough understanding of modern HRM and HRD in a global setting. The International Human Resource Management and Development course holds accreditation from the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (CIPD).
Enrollment grants you CIPD student membership, providing access to an extensive repository of HR learning materials. You'll gain expertise in both HRM and HRD, allowing for specialization in either area. The curriculum emphasizes reflective practice, hands-on learning, and analytical thinking, fostering skill development through real-world application. Our research-driven teaching leverages faculty expertise across HRM disciplines. You'll cultivate leadership abilities, negotiation techniques, decision-making strategies, and change management skills. Interactive sessions, presentations, and case studies will strengthen your communication capabilities, with small class sizes encouraging active participation. Qualification Requirements

2.1 Honours degree or non-UK equivalent in business, management, engineering or related social science or science subject, with at least 20% of courses in organisational behaviour and/or psychology, leadership, employee relations, human resource management, organisational change or learning and personnel development. Those who do not have this level of relevant knowledge and who would like to pursue further studies in the area of HRM are advised to apply for the MSc Management with Human Resources.
